Minnesota and the upper Mid-West are experiencing significant growth in vineyards and wineries.  The move to becoming a commercial winery involves knowledge and experience with a variety of testing methods. Nicholas offers on-site training for interested individuals.  One on one training in most aspects of wine analysis can be arranged.  Analysis areas include, but not limited to:

  • Equipment Set-Up and Standardization

Nicholas further offers services in enology consulting.  Consulting can be arranged for cellar operations, training to perform bench trials, fermentation techniques, and bottling chemistry.
