In order to fully appreciate different beers and beer styles, a basic understanding of beer sensory is required.  Nicholas uses aroma and tasting standards to help individuals develop a tasting vocabulary.  This vocabulary allows beer taster to more accurately describe beer and differences in beers.  Nicholas also highlights different aspects of the brewing process and how those aspects affect beer flavor and taste.
